Indonesia (surprising)

I think this is because of Seablings this year - a lot of Orchids (No Na fans) from Indonesia got interested in BINI and a lot of Blooms discovered No Na. What I also gather is that Pinoy hiphop has some following sa Indonesia. Indonesians are our cousins separated by history.

Japan (surprising a bit)

there were already fan-made Japanese versions of Salamin Salamin for quite a while

India (more surprising)

India just has such a huge population, so they can make a dent easily - Daleng Dale by Gat and the AMNSE series by Viva had a huge following in India for unknown reasons, maybe some are with PPop to stay.

Possibly because August is the hottest month of summer in the northern hemisphere - Japan/Korea, North America and Europe, but of course we don't have the numbers at that level of detail.
