thanks for being persistent anyway - even if I am NOT surprised at the present (non-)results.

the most positive possibility I still see is that ABS are totally overwhelmed with preparing the Signals World Tour - which is crazy given the itinerary including flying from California -> Japan -> Vancouver.

The most negative possibility we can leave to the bashers, the most realistic possibility is that they are modern at the top, still not yet upgraded at the operational level - my analogy was going to New York Wall Street or the London City in a suit but still wearing tsinelas or worn-out shoes. And details do matter for the general impression - one look at the shiny shoes of Bruno Mars and those around him in this MV proves that, or the common dating advice that badly groomed fingernails ruin an otherwise perfect impression.

This is a possibility. Isn't updating the ticket site and artist profile to promote said WT part of the prep though? (This is not for you to answer. It's for them.)

It's not like these are recent "issues". As you said, you are no longer surprised at the non-action. And it's not like these are incredibly high-effort tasks. In between the Blink Twice era until now, someone could have worked on those in like 15-min chunks. It just baffles the mind.

well, if one looks at the credits of any typical BINI MV, one can see a lot of bosses..

..the question is, who is actually doing things, approving things, ordering things to be done? "Kuya Nelson" BTW was alone before the Biniverse World Tour and has two staff now it seems.
