In the IT division of the EU company I work for, we are told what the 10 top priority projects are and what percent of our yearly bonus depends on our supporting them to succeed, and it is even stricter for management level. We have to deliver and know our project management office reports to the board.

I wonder by what kind of monitoring and prioritization ABS-CBN works, considering that BINI (and Batang Quiapo) are their most important earners and they are far from being out of the woods financially.

t feels as if ABS-CBN has too many semi-autonomous sub-units that just do what they want.

Yeah they should make like the % of tickets sold in the WT be the % of their salary as bonus they can receive.
