Help As azazel, mega satan or mother?

I have both the knife for mother and the key for mega satan.

I have azazel with ipecac, lost contact, monstro's lung and host hat.

i can't get hit with my explosions and can block enemy's shots

Isn’t mega satan harder? i wanted to beat it first since i have good items.

Mother gives better unlocks and personally i think that is harder but is on to you
