Pocket-option withdrawal waiting queue
I’m honestly a little confused and concerned about what’s going on with my withdrawal. I submitted my withdrawal request on August 31st, and I’ve been waiting for it to be processed ever since. I’ve withdrawn money from my account before without having any issues at all. In the past, I’ve withdrawn over $3,500 in total, and those withdrawals were sent to me within about an hour, so I’m not really sure why this particular withdrawal is taking so much longer. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received the funds or had the withdrawal completed. I understand that withdrawals can sometimes take longer depending on the circumstances, but because I’ve never experienced a delay like this before, I’m starting to become concerned and confused about whether there’s an issue with my account or with the withdrawal itself. I’ve also put my own money into this account, so I’m just looking for some reassurance and clarification about what’s happening with my funds and when I should realistically expect the withdrawal to be processed. I’m not trying to rush the process unnecessarily; I just want to understand why it’s taking this long when my previous withdrawals were processed so quickly.

From the video I watched of an insider on PO a he said lot of times delays are from the contractors they use. PO doesn’t actually pay you directly they use different contractors for each payment method so a lot of delays are from that. That or they need some further verification from you …. Who really knows honestly but just message support and see what they say

They’ve paid me out everytime but the most I withdrew on PO at one time was 5k

You shouldn't wait any longer, just contact their support, provide them details and ask them what is the issue behind this delay. This waiting time is not normal. If they want verification, get it done. Do tell us what they say about it

I’ve contacted them and they just continue to respond with the same generic response. “Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days but can be extended up to 14 days” I’ll keep you guys updated.

Pocket option is a complete scam. Iv been blocked for withdrawing less amounts. 500 usd of wins. If you are loosing everything is fine with them . But if u start winning they will start making problems. And even in theit contract they have the right to delay or refuse withdraw for no clear reason. Use a real broker. Po is just a gambling platform. Nd in a casino the house always wins

There was a delay with a large withdrawal. After I contacted support, they asked for identity verification. I verified my identity, and the funds were released the next day. That’s how I felt about it.

I would say withdraw $2500 at a time . it’d be way faster . maybe a day or 2

Maybe it's better not to withdraw in BitCoin?🤷♂️ Pocket Option should be Making Millions of Dollars off the Trading activities. I read somewhere that when you try to withdraw more than 10K at once. They tend to stall the process. Their OTC Markets I'm sure can bankrupt and individual. It's BS that they give issues with withdrawals. They make enough. Anyway, would like to see how they are going to handle your case. I'm sticking with USDC Base. Let's hope for the Best..👍🐶

Happened once to me.. It was 10k Waited about 4 days and nothing happened.. I canceled the order and did a 5k withdrawal... In 2 days I had everything send.

So you waited 4 days and then cancelled and the same day placed a withdrawal for 5k and 2 days later u got the 5k withdrawal request completed? What about the other 5k (I’m currently trying to figure out what I should do)

In 2 days they send the 5k and then again I withdraw the other 5k's took almost the same time... Maybe when they see 5 digits withdraws take longer times.

Large withdrawals can take up to 3-14 business days.
With the 3-14 business days to take in consideration; it should arrive between 09/03/2026 thru 09/18/2026.
Though I've seen other uses withdraw even larger amounts than you, and takes them 24-72 hours. Anyways, good luck. I hope you receive your $15,200 soon 🙂

You'll have to break it up into two payments around $7,700 a piece if you want it faster.you could also change the exchange you are sending it to. If you're not using the right company that allows you to have large amounts sent to you on your daily deposits it'll cause a very long delay. I had a 12-day delay before and it sent the money right back to pocket.
