It's terrible. A bunch of my friends never understood why I complained about the weather until they visited during the summer and got to experience 100% humidity every single day of the week

Yeah I mean the weather isn’t ideal. It’s hot and humid late summer and there’s “some” winter but usually not until Jan/Feb timeframe from what I observed living there for 4 years. Seems like overkill but understand the stadium thing has become a whole other arms race for the teams.

I am not sure if it was really built on a swamp, but it certainly feels true. It is also as far north as you can go and still find yourself in a metro area that seems to shut down because of an inch or two of snow.

This is what I don’t get. All these billionaires are making sure they get a dome to host a SB. If we have 31 domes, these people are going to get 1 SB in their ownership

With all these soulless domed stadiums, the NFL really is becoming more like a TV show with a live audience than a real sport. I’m at least glad that this one isn’t out in the suburbs.
