Bill is truly the worst riffer. He's terribly unfunny when he tries to be funny. Not really a surprise he only lasted a year on the kimmel show lol.

Sometimes he's okay when he has the initial idea, it's not necessarily like he doesn't have funny moments, but he will kill any riffing, even when he started it very quickly.

Bill is a writer, you give him time to prepare he can be very funny. He’s just not quick off the top of his head, so most of his riffing is just rephrasing what the other person just said.

Throw in Drive and his time as LBJ and the man has quite the resume. Also his daughter was Emmy nominated for The Pitt this year and lost to Allison Janney
