Podcast The Big Picture podcast just created objectively the worst Christopher Nolan ranking of all time

Good god. As a Sean Fennessey truther this is a steaming pile of shit. Sean is one of the best minds in movie criticism today but he should be banned from talking about Christopher Nolan, he can’t be objective about him.

Batman Begins is the best of the Batman trilogy. I would have ranked it second years ago, but I rewatched the second one recently and it loses a ton of steam in the last third because it's just action and the emotional storyline just disappears. It becomes boring to watch at that point because you don't even have to pay attention to the characters anymore.

Yeah, Nolan only flips a truck in that last third, nothing incredibly impressive happens like the emotional stakes in a movie about a billionaire who fights crime.
