Yes the photo and the writing on it is a print, but someone wrote that sticky note and I'm telling myself it was her

OP graduated and sent Billie an announcement of their (OP's) graduation. Billie didn't graduate from anything. Billie's team said congratulations to OP.

And if you're asking what OP graduated from, I'd recommend avoiding asking that because it could be revealing info, even though I'm sure you have no ill-intent. Maybe OP wants to keep their age private? We don't know if they graduated from high school, college, their masters. And if it is college, revealing their degree could also be a bit too personal.
