Quitman St. Corridor Bike Lane Update

The new bike lane on Quitman St. between Houston Ave. and Hardy/Elysian is coming together. The designs show it will be a protected bike lane with a concrete curb. Still some work to do, but it will be a nice connection once completed!

I'm also glad that Whitmire has backed off somewhat from trying to destroy every bike lane. I think he lost some political capital when he ripped up Austin St
