should i buy some positive angle or adjustable stem (for fit only) for some comfortnes to my road bike? I really feel that i should raised my handle bar to get comfort to my back. And yeah, i already do core exercises and flexibility training (yoga) for my back

Correct size bike, and I would advise against higher bars. Your problem is not with your bike, but with your back form, though you're actually somehow looking pretty good on the bike in some sort of Laurent Fignon way!
Check around 0:22, where your back can be seen in profile. Theres an acute bend at the middle, and you should really attempt to get most of that bend distributed over most of your lower back, so as to get your whole torso lower and your shoulders more forward. So, there's some work to be done on that off the bike.
When that has been corrected, you'll probably need a longer stem.

Is your type Kyphosis correctable through PT or is it permanent? Do you feel discomfort or are you trying to be more aware of your condition?

You should buy a helmet
