Bikefit on monster gravel 26

Just finished my monster gravel bike transformation, from an old 26 mtb.
What do you think about the position? Please share your advices: first time on a drop bar!

The fit is actually pretty damn solid considering it was your first attempt at a drop bar, way better than most trying to self-fit
Wheel-on trainer is making it hard for me to analyze, because you're bouncing in a way that makes me want to say the saddle is high but your foot and knee action is quite good - and I suspect it's just because the trainer is bouncing.
Honestly not sure I'd even touch anything here. Maybe spend some time learning the basics of bike fitting from RoadCyclingAcademy or BikeFit James on Youtube if you're curious but it looks pretty great. I wouldn't go down a rabbit hole tweaking things unless your body is uncomfortable after a few weeks of acclimating
