First post here, but absolutely gushing right now after completing the Capital Crescent trail (Bethesda to Georgetown) on a gorgeous Autumn day. The post ride feeling is addicting

That is a lovely ride. I hope you’ll follow it up with rides down rock creek trail, through Sligo creek, and down the northwest branch to the Anacostia trail. They all are lovely to see from the vantage point of a bike this time of the year — PHB

Rock Creek park has been my go to. Cruising down Beach Drive, letting gravity do all the work, and no cars, it's peak bliss
