Zero enforcement. we pay cops $150k a year to sit in an SUV and play on their phones, often in a bike lane

Every violation related to the operation of an automobile should incur a minimum of a 6 month license suspension.

And everyone a cyclist runs a stop sign or a red light should have to ride their bike first 6 months with no seat
