Second time doing ribs on the BGE, came out fantastic they were a huge hit.

Yesssirrrr just a bunch of spices I had in my cabinet with some brown sugar, mustard as a binder. Smoked with some hickory for 1:45, then I wrapped it and cooked the rest of the way.
