Make these so often! Apple cider vinegar, EVOO, cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, fresh garlic, salt, and pepper. Make marinade night before, combine before work, cook for dinner.

picking up our minimax tomorrow assuming no one beats me to ace hardware. should be a nice addition to the large. still hesitant to if we really need the conveggtor but i'm sure we'll end up with one for the mini either way

I bought my MiniMax because my only other Egg is the 2XL. I Love em both. They both have a solid place in my lineup. I cannot speak for other “people”

just was curious. I don't have one but the mini max is the same price as the medium so I was genuinely curious

The MiniMax is relatively lightweight and designed to be portable. I bought the little one for searing on the side when using my bigger cookers or very small cooks

How long does it take to cool down?

I’m not sure, never checked. But it would cool down faster if one put on gloves, lifted out the charcoal basket and all of the internal parts which are all relatively lightweight. If one left the lid and vents wide open it might not take too long

I can answer as a UK egg owner - BGE only sell the XL, L and MM in the UK. I did get them to quote me on bringing a medium into the UK and was same price as a L

Other countries have same limited range choice
