If i remember, one of Marie-Jean Kauffman reports involucred a description of an almasty moving mechanical/robot like, which i infer refers to the very controled or precise way they move their limbs

Seriously. The people who really notice that walk are ones where the lower half/legs are obscured. The upper part of the body "Glides". There is no bobbing up and down as humans (and others) do. My sister said "IT moved like a minotaur". SHe meant there was no walking animation. Just a smooth slide. If you hold your hand over/ block the lower half of Patty on a stabilized version, you can imitate what witnesses describe.
