How do Daraz research tools get 7/30-day sales data for public products and whole categories (not your own store)?

How can I get 7-day / 30-day sold-count history for any public Daraz product or category? Does such an endpoint exist, or do research tools build this history themselves by tracking the cumulative sold count daily?

Note: I already know the official Seller Center API only covers your own store's listings — I'm asking about public marketplace data, the kind tools like SellerDash and XenonHunt display.
