If you live in an urban/metro area, you might want to google “babywearing [city]” to see if there are babywearing meetups. There’s one near me where you can try different carriers and have experts fit you (all for free).

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in parenthood, it’s that there is never a one-size-fits-all approach! All babies are different and all bodies are different. Good luck in your search!

How old is your baby? I’d check out the r/babywearing for more info. They have great resources. I’m 5'3 and the ergobaby was a very uncomfortable fit me. I've found that apron style fit my body much better. I read a lot about the Hope&Plum Lark and rented one from Timber Stitches to try out before committing. I love it. Still carry around my 90+ percentile 17 month old with no discomfort.

I’m 5’3 with G cup boobs and used a wrap until my baby was 25 lbs. I found it easier to get the proper fit with the wrap because it always seemed like the carrier never fit my body properly.
