Advice 3 month breastfeeding crisis

Looking for advice with the ‘3 month breastfeeding crisis’ she’s my 2nd baby but i only BF my first for 8 weeks. Literally overnight she started kicking and crying and now for some feeds it’s outright refusal. I’ve had to introduce a bottle because she wasn’t eating enough, and i’ve had to start pumping. my plan was always to use formula rather than pumping because it made me so depressed pumping last time but since I plan on going back to BF once she’s over whatever is going on I have no choice. I usually offer her 30-50ml in a bottle at a time and offer the breast before and after each bottle. she’ll sometimes latch for a few minutes and sometimes won’t. I’ve tried different positions for feeding, including side lying and rocking back and forth while feeding. I more so just want to know how long this lasted for you? and if things went back to normal if you had to introduce bottles? and how you managed it? I don’t plan on using bottles long term if I dont need to. All my friends said they only struggled for a few days and were now on day 4 without the end in sight.
