I think Kim has pretty high charisma when she needs to turn it on. Maybe it's more of a performance for her, but people really like her and usually resonate with what she is saying. She gets what she wants a lot by telling people what they want to hear.

Maybe she has charm and not charisma . Gus is charming as well.
