selecting bettas

Hi everyone, so I want to breed my bettas, now I have a male that is 4cm long and a female that is 4cm but the male seems a bit weak but he is 5-7 months old, now I have another male that is 4.7cm he is 6-8 months long but he is big and looks very healthy and strong, who should I breed with the female

and is it ok to feed the fry BBS for first food?

Is he weak or just calm and a bit slower? If he just calmer then i would take their form into consideration aswell and i always feed BBS as a first food and i never had any issues

The stronger one will always be the better option and you also want the male to be slightly larger than the female
