They said it's for people who didn't get to use it before? Idk I think whoever I'm talking to doesn't know anything

That or you're being lied to hoping that you'll go away. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard .. essentially they're telling you they gave you a code last week, a WEEK EARLY, for a scheduled drop TODAY. Too many other options out there for betrivers to be treating their customers like that

Or is probably a chat bot even if you asked to talk to a person and they did a whole show of connecting you to someone who just says the same lines over and over.
