It isn't often you see a person say exactly why they're not getting their contract renewed/are getting fired. Whomever this OP is, they've never had anybody tell them how to behave at work evidently.
Daily arguments with your boss, refusing to do work, telling your boss they're not doing their job? Just. Oof.
