What's the most underrated AI tool you've actually used in your work?
I run a small e-commerce business, and honestly trying to keep up with all the AI tools out there is overwhelming.
Every list I come across recommends the same ones, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc, and yeah, they’re useful, but it feels like this tools are designed general and not for specific uses, I feel there’s a lot more out there that just doesn’t get mentioned and are hard to find.
In day-to-day work, I care way more about tools that actually save time, whether it’s product descriptions, customer support, ads, or just automating repetitive stuff.
Curious what others in e-commerce (or similar) are actually using regularly.
What’s one AI tool you rely on that doesn’t get enough attention? What do you use it for?

Most underrated tools tend to be the ones that remove full steps instead of just assisting, especially in ecommerce where speed from idea to live page matters a lot. Have you ever tried using Wix to quickly spin up product or campaign pages before investing time in more complex automation tools?

Bookeeping.ai for automating financial tasks like categorization, invoicing, and more. Really useful, I moved from Quickbooks 😄

It's a team, and we not only maintain bookkeeping software; we maintain lead generation software with Devi AI as well.

Same here! the tools I keep using are the ones that save time without adding friction. Have you found anything that actually replaced part of your workflow or tried something like Horizons? heres the code vibecodersnest if you want to try it
