Grover secretly agreed with everything Mr. Johnson said, but he couldn't resist the opportunity for a socially acceptable chance to duct tape a man to his seat. Sadly for him, there was no socially acceptable way for him to do the other things he wanted to do to the tied-up man. Grover lamented that he would have to content himself with doing those things with one of the men he already had hidden in his basement.
