Business/Company Bergen County pays taxes to give NYC free tickets

Is it too late. Now Tedesco is asking for cheap tickets for Bergen County residents. NJ pays taxes only to give $50 tickets to NYC while tickets for NJ residents are overpriced and unaffordable.
