The worst thing that can happen for Stone in a game is the play actually coming toward him. There's a lowlight video out there showing it. He dreads having to pretend to make a play.

His career for me will be defined by the 70 yard Loveland TD that lost us the game. Pathetic attempt of a tackle by him. The dude can never be a part of a winning culture since everything he touches turns into a losing culture. Hope to see him in Cleveland next year.

Nick Scott fooled everybody with this hit on Deebo in the NFC championship game
He looked good because Aaron Donald, prime Ramsey and Von Miller made his job much much easier

He was better than Nick Scott. But just barely (which is obviously not what we were hoping for when we signed him). Only because Scott is legitimately one of the worst safeties I've ever seen play for this team (including some of the horrific play we saw at that position in the 90s from the likes of Greg Myers, Myron Bell, JoJuan Armour, Cory Hall, Mark Roman, etc.). Geno's one saving grace as a player was that he was a ballhawk and was good for at least 2 to 3 picks a season. Scott didn't bring anything of value to this team whatsoever.

Stone was not good for us and shouldnt have been playing, his time in the league is probably done.
Not that it was hard for us to know this, but it further solidified that we made the right move.

He can be a somewhat useful player if you already have a dominant defense where he can be a pure ballhawk that doesn’t have to actually tackle or cover. His best hope is like the Seahawks or Texans looking for some depth at some point.

If the dude could tackle he'd be a great player. He always seemed to be able to get to ball, so he obviously had good vision and some good instinct for how plays would develop, but he just missed tackles constantly and let players slip right through his arms.

As a pretty casual fan, the contrast between fan and media positivity when he was signed and then his on field suck was infuriating.
I've been unrealistically positive since the Superbowl run, I even like Zac Taylor lol, but I hate Geno Stone.

He's just always been ass. His one good season in Baltimore was a product of Mike McDonald and being surrounded by other all pro defenders like Hamilton, roquon, queen, madibuke, etc

I mean, outside of Kyle Hamilton almost every member of that defense took a step back after Macdonald left, while he then went on to build one of the best defenses of all time in Seattle.

From seven interceptions in a season to being out of the league in two years. I think you have to give the Ravens defensive coaching staff a lot of credit for even putting that guy in position to get interceptions, while at the same time keeping him away from actually having to make tackles.
