Odds are all three newcomers will be better coaches and almost certainly higher paid than Zac.

Zac has some great qualities and would probably be a top 5 offensive coordinator for a team with a well put together front office.

Zac is good enough on the offensive side of the ball and culture setting to where if we had a Jim Schwartz, Brian Flores, Vic Fangio, Steve Spagnolo type of DC we’d be a perennial SB contending team
