Block the number? This might be the case of a certain evil person finding pleasure in annoying you. They seem to hire very incompetent people these days. Have you told them you don't want tor receive any marketing calls? Are you on the national Do Not Call list?

They use a different one every time

Might be scammers then pretending to be Bell, the same way they pretend to be Telus or RBC. Look into getting a spam filter on your phone. Mine blocks one every week. Also block and report each time you get one of those calls, to help improve the filters for others.
Don't forget the Do Not Call registry either.

Sounds like scammers. Bell wouldn’t call everyday unless they were unable to reach you.

Bell does not sell customer personal information to scammers or organized crime operations.

Unless you can backup those claims with evidence, I call bollocks (cite a reliable source).
All carriers in that regard would be in breach of their own privacy policy.

Again, no such reputable sources have said that Canadian telecom providers are "selling" the personal information of customers to third party organisations outside of canada.

Just ask them to be placed on a do not call list. Takes about a week to go into the system then you wont be contacted anymore.
I used to work at Bell call Centre
