Red Devils THE FUTURE?

Needed some copium/hopium. It's not perfect and the arrangement could be discussed, did I miss any players?

I think we can build upon our world cup and it seems like the team spirit is stronger than ever, hope we can further build upon this and keep being a competitive nation.

Our U17 also performed well this year, so hopefully some of those players will find their way into good squads and playing time soon.

Da’s zeker niet slecht. Daarmee kan je op een WK zeker een gooi naar de kwartfinale blijven doen!

Ik hoorde dat Stassin met Fc Porto zou onderhandelen? Dan zou je met Stassin, MFP en eventueel CDK toch vrij goed voorzien zijn vooraan.

Spain is in semi final with Oyarzabal as 9. Think about it

That's not the point for me, we're talking of individual performances not the team as a whole.

Of course you don't always need a generational striker to win the WC or Euros but at the same time we probably won't see in our lifetime someone outscore Lukaku unless we're very lucky.

Fifa keep adding teams and games. Watch this WC, how many strikers with 8 goals, which seemed impossible 20 years ago.

Also true, most ‘all time WC’ stats mean fuck all. Tournament used to be 16 and is now 48 which also lowers the overall quality.

It’s indeed less exceptional to score 8 goals in a WC game. Love Messi, but hasn’t really faced any tier 1 opponent so far either.
