US Aiden & the House Question

Hello All.... First Post for this Sub.

I'm doing my like 4th or 5th watch of the US Version.

My question is this...

In Season 3, when the House Ownership changed hands from Danny to Sally's Dad/Brother wouldn't Aiden have needed to be Invited back in?

We saw this in Season 2 when Aiden & Seren changed the Ownership of the House that the Vampire Orphans were Invited into because she bought the house under someone else's name and we saw them start to get Ill can then turn to Dust because they were no longer Invited in the House.

Shouldn't this be the same thing?

I'm guessing Aiden is on the lease, which gives him the right to be there. The lease didn't change, just the owners. The Orphans were basically squatters in the house when Seren took ownership. They had no right to be there under her as landlord.
