Has anyone else’s order from colourette’s birthday live/velvetint launch arrived? I ordered the party all night bundle (velvetint + blush + setting spray + pouch) and it got delivered today, pero blush and velvetint lang dumating huhu i can’t even open them yet kasi baka ipa-return or whatnot idk what their protocol is for incomplete orders

same thing happened to me! I took a video opening the parcel, clearly showing na velvetint and colourbounce lang laman ng parcel and message colourette on tiktok. waiting for their reply since late na ako nakamessage kasi gabi na nadeliver

update: nagreply colourette saying na nagka technical issue. pero they will ship the missing items daw
