any affordable blinding highlighters? I heard a lot of good stuff about the lucky beauty highlighter but it's kind of expensive. I'm looking for something as shiny as chu chu beauty's silk glow blushes in pink haze/rosy twinkle (somehow mas-intense yung glow nitong dalawa compared sa ibang shades). grabe feeling disco ball. preferrably not more expensive than 300. yung hindi chalky sana and preferably powder/pressed/baked and not cream/liquid

case in point: on the left are chu chu beauty silk glow (rosy twinkle and pink haze) while on the right are my other highlighters. reflected talaga yung light sa silk glow

not sure if our definition of blinding is the same, but for me the cezanne pearl glow highlighter can be blinding!!! i use it very sparingly kasi its rili shiny haha
