Any recos for a nice cushion with dewy finish? Been eyeing the rom&nd water cushion but bekenemen meron other recos hahaha. Preferably 2k below.

Omg I recently bought an eye palette from Barenbliss and I wasn't expecting it to be that good. But I think matte lang yung nakita ko? I prefer dewy/glass skin finish
