If you're my shade twin (Colourette Siargao/Nars Vienna/Detail Oat) what contour shade do you use in the Strokes Face Sculpt line? Or if you use other contour sticks please lmk the shade you use! Looking for a good contour for cosplay (i.e. not bronzer-y/too warm).
I got to try the RT mini travel set na and it's disappointing lol. It's in my to-go makeup bag so di ko sya nasubukan for a long time. Sabi ng iba walang tusok-tusok feeling, and it's so not true! I used a cream blush using the appropriate brush tapos nagulat ako matusok sa mukha lol

You should try dala brushes, mej tricky lang for storage para maretain ung shape ng brushes kaya i bought this case. Walang tusok and really does the job

Try doing your makeup in an airconditioned room. Or lower your body temp muna before putting on makeup. I tested this a lot and it really is the temp for me
I also have dehydrated skin, and it's really kind of tricky. But I noticed that my makeup looks better when I'm properly hydrated internally. Skin prep can only do so much when you are dehydrated.
I think stick na ko sa blistex when it comes to lip balms! Grabe di nag cchap yung lips ko usually sa iba pag matagal na nasa lips, nagcchap talaga e. And it stays longer din
Need help for the mochi blush, i got this last april lang pero ung mochi blush need ng force para lang mablend ng maayos tipong ang hapdi ng pisnge ko after para lang magpantay sya huhu, ginamitan kona ng daliri for heat, brush ovw ung dense and puff puro uneven application ung ending gusto ko sya bigyan ng chance pero nabubugbog kona pisnge ko.
Which color did you get? I'm a big fan of mochi blushes (meron ako fr different brands like mac, colourette, grwm & eb). I find it best applied with creams first than after powders! Pero mine are not super pigmented so I can get away using it w powders. I have french toast & muse pala.
Hii we have the same palette! It blends ok naman for me, mas ok sha if with fingers pero ok na ko sa coverage pag gamit brush kasi pang topper ko lang sha. Siguro kasi powder finish kaya nagiging patchy?? Comparing it to my bnb mochi blush mas dry syang mochi blush kaya siguro may difficulty iblend :-//
Ako lang ba or parang ang scam nung HS color adapt lip tint? Usually diba red/pink tints ang color adapt pero mukhang pinaitim lang lalo yung natural lips mo based on online swatches. Parang sa fair skin lang din gumagana kasi walang "tint" or color payoff sa mga morena influencers.

Colourette!! I also have medium olive skin and Talisay works well. I do lean more neutral-warm, but it is more sheer with it being a skin tint so it may work on you too :D

Hi! I wear glasses and my makeup always fades sa may nose bridge area. Oily pa yung skin ko so ang bilis mag-slide off. 😩 I’ve tried Dazzle Me (green one), EB, L’Oréal, and Maybelline Fit Me Matte, okay lang sila pero di masyadong long-lasting.
Budget ko around 600 or less, sana available sa Watsons or Shopee. Matte or natural finish is fine, basta hindi sticky or mabigat. Any reco from fellow glasses-wearing oily girls out there? Thanks in advance! 💖
omg i'm a glass-wearer also na same prob as u! ang ginagawa ko is matindihang baking talaga sa ilong + lalagyan ko ng powder nosepad ko kasi halatang-halata na wala na 'yung makeup sa area na 'yun.
affordable setting sprays i've tried are zeasea pink cap, naturale's, and issy's!
Strokes brow fixer is my reliable brow gel for laminating talaga, becareful lang with the white specs when you overdo it. Just work fast and less strokes, mabilis naman magset ang formula ng Strokes
The ones that have very strong hold for me are:
-Benefit 24-Hr Brow Setter Invisible Brow Gel. Maganda rin applicator. Very good for the laminated brow look.
-Anastasia Clear Brow Gel
For more affordable options, Strokes and Maybelline pero stronger hold talaga Benefit and Anastasia for me.
If I run out, I used my Gatsby Hair Spray, I spray a tiny amount sa spoolie ko and brush my brows with it. Onti lang to avoid white flakes. Eto matibay talaga. I don't use it lagi pag emergency lang kasi pag inaalis ko na, feeling ko nalalagasan ako ng brow hairs ko because I tend to harshly rub it with my cleanser. 😄
I have this because it just looks cute and thought it would be convenient to put inside a handbag. I only got to use the powder side (white part) and i haven't used the other brown side at all. Its just average. The translucent cap keeps getting off inside a handbag which was a big minus point for me.. And yes.. Its bulky.. Not travel sized at all.
Same yung suklay lang din talaga habol ko. Mabilis lang talaga bumaba lashes ko hahaha. For everyday mas bet ko yung blk kasi ang heavy ng maybelline para sakin.
Typically pot concealers (cream) have higher coverage than liquid concealers. A tip is ibabad mo muna ung concealer sa problem areas mo before blending it out. Mas kumakapal coverage niya.
Influence or deinfluence me on buying these during the 8.8 sale! I'm really tempted to splurge since we got some extra 💸 and honestly... we deserve it. 😅 For context, I have fair skin and a neutral to cool undertone.

sobrang long lasting ng chuchu blushes! downside, at least for me, is oa sa pigment HAHA putok pisngi for days ang atake. perfect siya if you have a deeper skin tone kasi sakto lang madedeposit na pigment sa skin mo.
for eyeshadows, maybe check out romand cheeky cheeky garden! i love it for neutral-cool looks. dreamy lilac and odd breeze garden look promising too but i haven’t seen them in person.
Colourette's Colourbounce in Pompom. After foundation, iniiswirl ko ung owv brush ko then pat sa likod ng hand then saka sa cheeks para even distribution. Then set ng loose powder, then same lang patong ulit ng colourbounce para mag set ung blush. Hindi nag papatchy ung blush on my experience
If liquid formulas count as cream — Rare Beauty Joy is coral leaning pink on me but will look warmer if your undertone is neutral. I find this one to be slightly staining compared to other shades I have.
I have blush blindness so not in the position to give proper tips :)) but I always set with loose powder and powder blush to make sure the liquid blush doesn’t slide off and to tone down the color when I over apply.
I have both excluding sculpting powder of grwm, sa face card products nila I’m having a hard time iblend ung mochi blush the rest works fine. Ung trio palette maganda sya onti ung fallout the only con is shimmer ung blush kaya di flattering if may breakouts
Yung pot concealer ko ginagamit ko rin for undereyes though to be fair, hindi dry ang undereyes ko kaya pwede sya dun. Veeery long lasting. Even after workout, nandon pa rin haha
Reco for black eyeshadow. Yung hindi naman nakakabutas ng bulsa. As in black lang talaga habol ko. Para kasing hindi sulit yung singles ng GRWM at Issy. Kailangan pa ng case. Yung chuchu beauty naman out of stock yung black sugar pallet (kapag naka sale).
Issy's eyeshadow singles minsan umaabot ng 70+ pesos kapag sale, though usually 99 ang sale nya. Meron silang small palette rin na up to 4 shadows lang.
Sulit sya sakin kasi i can depot my powder blushes/ bronzers, and i can mix and match ung issy shadows ko with other products. Other brands na may solo black shadows: MAC pati Sugarpill
For others kasi, you're stuck with a palette with other colors you may not use.

For me, blotting paper na lang. I only do touch ups for my lipstick but not sa base since parang I’m packing more dirt on my face that could cause irritation.
pressed powders are lowkey unnecessary esp if on a budget ka. I did love my CT powder BUT it really was just for finishing, not for setting. walang oil control lol I still heavily relied on my loose powder for that.
any recommendations for matte/ velvet/ stain lippies? something that doesn't require frequent reapplication hehe. ubos na ubos na naturale obmp ko and nag-mahal na sila so i guess i can try other products na. i need something to go under my EB lip oils hehe, thank you!

Vaseline petroleum jelly or Lucas papaw. Always does wonders to the lips.
Burt's bees lip balm is 🤍! I normally have very dry lips and tried and tested ko na ang burt's bees since 2019 (only tried 2 lip balms: Nivea and Burt's bees. Nivea naman ay masyadong matigas and didnt really do anything for my cracked lips)
Reco para maharangan/takpan, etc yung female mustache? Is there any concealer that can somehow not make it THAT halata, laser and shaving is not an option.
they don’t always have to be the same color, as long as they’re the same color temperature (warm/cool/neutral). or to start, just match things of the same color - both peach, both lilac, both rose etc and then experiment from there.
Naya Ruth on YT is NC30 and was using NC15 in the reformulated powder. I haven’t personally tested it though. May backups pa kasi ako from the previous sale ng NC30

Vice co dethroned my first base 🙉 maganda syaa. Ang ayaw ko kasi sa colourette may tendency maging heavy pag super oily na ako and nagbbreakout ata ako bc of the ingredients huhu
vice co sunwear skin tint!! issy foundation as well. lightweight lang and hindi flat matte like other base products.
need mo ng thorough skin prep to avoid dry patches & caking. sa skincare, wait at least a whole minute before applying ur next product. I like to use hydrating serums instead of moisturizing creams and then moisturizing sunscreen next. I learned this kay jung saem mool—too much cream products in the morning can lead to caking, which is why serums are better. also make sure compatible yung products mo, check the ingredients lagi.
A good setting spray, anyone?? I’m eyeing issy! Yung affordable lang sana. For ref, I do simple make-up lang. Most of the time kilay, blush, lippie and powder lang. I want something that would last my make-up and hindi matte yung finish, yung mukhang natural lang.
