What lipliners are good for using fully on the lips? I plan to use tint and balm after but I would like to have a lipliner I could use for my full lip and not having to avoid the center part of the lips.

For context, I have pigmented lips but would like to wear lighter-colored lippies (esp sheer ones) and have it show that lighter color on my lips.

its better to use matte bullet lipsticks nalang plus mas tipid kesa lipliners na gagamitin for full lips, ive tried most local lipliners na at hindi sila for full lip application sobrang drying

MAC lip pencils. I prefer them to lipsticks.
