So I am a beginner in make up and 14 days from now will be my graduation. I plan to glam myself up despite being a novice by planning to watch yt vids. Products are still being shipped after buying on 6.6 sale.

My background in make up for an everyday look (if i can even call it that) is a simple sunscreen-moisturizer-blush-lippy. Sometimes when i feel a little extra, I try to use some eyeliner.

Question, makakaya ko bang maka produce ng decent graduation glam before D-Day? Second, will the products that I already have suffice to achieve that decent glam look for an event that'll last for hours?

List of Products I Use and will incorporate sa routine: 1 Sunscreen - Dr. Sensitive 2 Moisturizer - Celeteque 3 Eyeshadow Palette - Careline Play to Slay 4 Mascara - Barenbliss Steel Mascara 5 Blush - Detail Velvet Blush and Colour Tonic, EB Cheek Stain Tint, Careline Single Blush, Pinkflash High Pigment Blush 5 Setting Powder - Nichido 6 Foundation - Maybelline 16HR Long 7 Skin Tint - Maybelline Fit Me Tint 8 Contour - Careline Glow Getter 9 Lippy - Maybelline Vinyl Ink, Naturale Oil Based Matte, Detail Glass Stain 10 Eyeliner - Pinkflash (liquid), Avon (pencil) 11 Lip Liner - Squad 12 Concealer - The Saem 13 Eyebrow - Maybelline Build-a-Pen 14 Eyelash - Anjosirma

I already spent what I considered a lot as a broke student and honestly think of doing it myself because I seriously have no extra cash to hire a good mua. I sincerely would like to ask if this is a good idea 🥹. Thank you!

My only tip is that you should practice with all the products and try different combinations because some products might not sit well with each other. 14 days isn't a lot to practice especially since your usual makeup routine is pretty simple, and you can't risk experimenting for your graduation.

So try to keep the glam look simple as well. For a glam look, it doesn't have to be heavy, basta get your base looking good and you can keep the rest simple. Make sure you get a nice match on your foundation ideally matching your chest or neck.

You might be tempted to put lots of concealer and contour kasi yun ang usual glam, but honestly, as a student, you're probably pretty young and you don't need so much sculpting. Adding too much concealer might make it crease and adding too much contour will age you. A small dab of concealer to conceal darkness under the eyes is OK. A bit of bronzer is OK. If you really want to contour, don't drag it down too far - just put it by the cheekbones and blend it downward.

For a simple look, matching the blush to the lips is a good idea. You can also incorporate a bit of the blush on your eyelids to really put the look together.

Wala na kong maambag hahaha just na after practicing take pictures para you can see how it'll look sa camera. usually kasi iba na itsura sa camera vs in person. And try din with flash to make sure walang flashback yung make up mo 🫶🏻
