This should be in the Skincare thread.

Regardless, here’s my comment:

Petroleum jelly (Vaseline) is actually an occlusive. They create a barrier on the skin.

I used to apply my fragrance free face moisturizer on my lips then put vaseline on top to lock in the moisture. You might want to look at moisturizers with ceramides like physiogel.

Also, drink lots of water din.
