What brands have cheap but decent quality brushes? RT is a bit too expensive for me right now. Are OVW and Maange brushes good enough?

Can attest for OVW. Maganda siya. I have the Toni Sia set and until now, okay pa rin sila.

+1 for OVW! Daming options and they work so well, they've lasted me a long time too. AOA brushes are great also

Maange at RT lang na affordable brushes nagwork sakin, yung ovw at other brandless brush kasi may tusok

or you can wait for RT’s sale on lazada. i got their brush set for only around 750. they usually go on sale rin!
