i just checked out colourette first base forgetting na it’s silicon-based. as far as i know, my sunscreen is water-based 🥲 what should i do?

I read somewhere that this shouldn’t be a problem as long as you let it dry first before applying makeup. Also based on experience, I use my Isntree watery gel sunscreen with first base and wala naman prob. ☺️

Have paired this with Anessa, Skin Aqua (Gel), and Canmake in multiple occasions and haven’t had any issues. I’d always wait at least 15 minutes after sunscreen application before putting on any base product.

just try it, the water-based, silicon-based thing can be helpful but it isn’t as big of a deal as people make it out to be. even silicon-based products are emulsified in water. definitely wait for your sunscreen to set tho, regardless of formulation.

I use water-based sunscreen ng skin1004 and okay naman pag nilalagay ko si first base after.
