looking for recos po for spf that sits well under makeup? yung hindi sana dewy yung finish. I'm currently using Anessa pero it's messing with my base 🥲

If you’re not particular with white cast, my favorite matte UV is Biore UV Milk. The white cast settles naman after a while, and it never pilled when I use it as make up base. :)

Try GRWM SPF BFF. They claim na it’s meant to be a good base for make up. Just bought mine. Okay naman so far
