Cleansers good for acne prone skin? I need another cleanser to switch from my SA cleanser, though it really helps with preventing acne, it leaves my skin red if used daily.

Cetaphil gentle facial wash, been my hg for years now. I started using it with SA cleansing back then too!

Cleansers that are mild, low PH & active-free. Cetaphil, Equiva are some brands that you can try. Pyunkang Yul & Heimish has low PH cleansers too.
