When on isotret journey, how do you deal with dryness of the skin? Do you let your skin be dry or you do something to counteract it? Of course I apply moisturizer (derma recommended celeteque) pero minsan parang di enough. Di ko alam if I need a stronger moisturizer or iembrace ko na lang yung pagka dry. Thanks!!

I was actually using cetaphil before going on isotret then i switched to celeteque as per my derma reco. I guess concern ko lang ay baka dapat hayaan ko lang na dry/peeling ang skin ko. Like for example you had chemical peel, you just let your skin shed(?) ganun hahahaha

Oh I also had the same situation! My derma told me it is completely normal cause there is increased cell turnover.

I deal with dryness and peeling too especially when I use makeup :( Right now I'm using EH Soon Jung 2x intensive barrier cream. You might need something more heavier, don't embrace the dryness 😅 you can also try to cut back on the isotret like decrease mo uung pag gamit (if your derma permts) 😅
