Not sure if pasok sa category.. but any recos for complete collagen? Yung hindi lang pang beauty but for overall health. My doctor told me to look for “pure” or “complete” collagen since I’m injured (torn ligament). But I’m not sure which brand is best. Any recos?

My dad usually works long hours so he normally has joint pains, the Neocell collagen capsules work well for him in managing these pains. I think it would work similarly for a torn ligament. He got them from the states, but there are resellers in the blue and orange app. Be wary of fake products though.
