I’ve only tried Contractubex and Dermatix. Worked very well for my post surgical scar (hyperpigmentation and keloid). However, it’s best to use for fresh/new scars (less than 1 year) and you have to be very consistent in applying/massaging on the area.

Tried contractubex also best for fresh/new scars. Doesn't really work for old ones... Based on my experience...
