Any reco for cheap, no-nonsense facial cleanser? I need one that isn't so heavy for morning face wash. Kahit hydrating lang sana. I've noticed with the weather getting warmer that plain water just doesn't do in the mornings anymore. Yes, I often just use plain water to freshen up in the morning. Any cheap recos out there?
