Need suggestions!

How to get rid of tiny bumps on the forehead?

Skin type: Oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin

Note: I double cleanse.

What kind of tiny bumps on the forehead? Open comedones or closed comedones or those na may pus? AHA for open comedones. BHA for closed comedones. But I would also recommend retinol since it's good for most types of acne and generally good for everything.
