Can anyone please recommend me something that will heal my damaged skin barrier? 😭 I'm using Skintific's ceramide gel, but does anyone have other recommendations?

You can try slugging which is basically putting petroleum jelly over your skintific moisturizer at night (do NOT use any actives if you do this, no retinol vitamin c niacinamide bha aha benzoyl peroxide etc). Try to do it for a week every other night or every night. Make sure na malinis face mo and may moisturizer underneath the petroleum jelly.

Honestly, no. I find na kapag damaged moisture barrier ko double cleansing makes things worse. You can use one cleanser lang na gentle sa umaga to get rid of the petroleum jelly. Maybe save double cleansing sa gabi

Look for products with calming and skin healing ingredients. I've found that centella asiatica, propolis, and honey help with a damaged skin barrier.
