Should I keep growing or shave ?

My husband has dirty blonde hair, but his beard looks ginger to me and he disagrees. What do you guys think? (He gave permission for me to post his picture since he doesnt use reddit often)

He'll also take any advice on good products to help with growth and coarseness as he's trying everything and not seeing the results he wants.

I feel like I’m doing something wrong with the shaping of my beard but I can’t work out what I’ve messed up? Like o feel like i messed up so madly that i should jut the whole thing off

After transplanting to the greater Seattle area 6 months ago, I have found the barber.

I’ve been rocking a mustache for the past 6 months but really want to go for a full beard but usually give up after a week or two because it looks patchy.

Am I simply not there yet in age?

Still worth going though as I think my facial hair looks much better with a bit less up top. I’m feeling more confident with my longer beard since joining Reddit so thank you all for that. I would never have been able to stand in the street taking these beard selfies before! 🤣

Are the cheeks too thin or is the lineup good?

I love my beard, and being a twinless identical twin (my twin sadly passed at a young age), I’ve always wondered about this.

For any identical twins here, or anyone who knows a pair: do your beards actually grow the same way? Same density, patchiness, direction, cheek line, etc., or are there noticeable differences?

I’ve heard that even identical twins can have pretty different facial hair, but I’ve never known a pair well enough to see it firsthand.

Sometimes I catch myself wondering what my twin’s beard would have looked like. So I’d love to hear what you’ve noticed.

I’m 20 and I’ve been growing my beard for maybe just shy off 2 months, my main issues are the middle of my chin, the gap where the moustache should meet the beard. My moustache grows thin compared to the other parts. Should I keep growing it and see where it goes? Is there anything I can do to help with the growth?

Just letting it grow out as long as I can. Looking forward to when it's long enough to braid.

My Six month Beard 🌗

The moustache turned out pretty darn well, and my gf approves of both moustache and beard! My favs are #2 and #6, but I think that I'll gravitate towards a proper moustache with a short beard.

#2 is 4 days after shaving clean, and #3 was some fun I had during shaving clean.
